Just wondering if the high idle works on any of the manual transmission trucks. I have the option enabled but it will not work. I know on my 06 manual transmission it is necessary to ground pin #22 on the ECM 50 pin connector. I wonder if there is a similar process necessary for the 4th gen models.

This is the 4th GEN forums.......to the best of my knowledge, 2010 & newer manual transmission pickup trucks are not manual high idle programmed. My 07 C&C (see Sig) has it with the PTO option ordered from the factory.
The high idle does work in winter when cold and warming up on my manual transmission truck but I am still wanting to do the same thing using the cruise control as stated here that the automatic transmissions will. Does anyone know if the ECM has a 'in park' signal and if so is it a grounded pin in the ECM or is it another signal. Since the manual transmission trucks are equipped to go into high idle when cold weather permits what would be the difference having the cruise control perform this. The high idle will shut off when the foot brake pedal is depressed and if the truck is moving over 1 MPH.Just wondering if the high idle works on any of the manual transmission trucks.
