Mitsubishi shifting problems

Twin engine Cummins powered 4x4

On 9-11 I posted about price gouging. Well, I just looked at the flyinj site and their price for fuel in Ripon, CA tonight is $1. 37!

That is $. 20 lower than it was on 9-11. In fact it dropped $. 08 in 6 hours today.

Imagine that, clear blue skies (scrubbed and discharged by last night's electrical storm), not a missile in the air and lowering fuel prices. Does it get any better than this?

Saw it on the Kansas Turnpike for $1. 35 yesterday. It was $1. 39 in KC KS too at Quick Trip, down from $1. 55 last week. I bet it's even cheaper on the Mo. side.

They say worldwide demand is down. OPEC is meeting today to figure how to make them go back up.

Just shows how much fuel is consumed by the airlines and the world-wide impact on its consumption.

Filled up the car this morning with unleaded - $1. 28.

Diesel in Frederick was at $1. 36 before the attack and it hasn't moved up or down since. I'm waiting and expecting to see it drop a few more pennies.

I hate San Diego

Just filled up yesterday for $1. 61 that was the best price in town. We are always 10¢ higher than anywhere else. Hopefully it will drop some soon.

around my town it has been 1. 39 for diesel (or was it 1. 49? ), for weeks, price didn't even budge on 9-11 was that way weeks before, and has been the same since

I don't go through enough fuel to justify searching for a store that sells $. 05 cheaper. I fill up once every 2-2. 5 weeks, and I trust the store I fill up at, haven't ever got a bad load of fuel since it opened, and they haven't ever switched to winter blend, so far.

P. S. That link only took me to the TDR homepage. . :)

Airplanes not using it!!

This is one advantage to having the fly boys not flying much, they are not using fuel like they were, not much difference in aviation jet and diesel, enjoy, it probably will not last.

Don't feel bad, San Diego!

Here in Colorado Springs

Phillips 66 1. 58

Texaco 1. 61

Total 1. 61

Conoco 1. 63

Between the high taxes going higher, and the high fuel prices going higher, I can hardly wait to retire in 6 years and get the hell out of this money pit.

Kaliforina Sucks

the lowest I've seen diesel is $1. 69 and that was yesterday when I filled up!! I still can't understand that they refine that stuff about two miles away!!!!

I need to move!!

Fuel

Filled up Mon 9/24 price $1. 29

Wed Price $1. 27

Thur Price $1. 18

I guess you know where I will Be on Friday Filling up!!!!

I live near by a truck stop off 295 in N. J. South.

I wonder if it will still drop. :D

My plan to get the he!! out of CA is 4 years but after this morning's commute, I don't think I'll make it another year.

Best price I've seen is $1. 61 also and for some reason when the unleaded price drops, diesel doesn't for several days.

You guys are all lucky. Alot of tankers go right by us, so we end up paying up the yang. Filled up last night at the local Chevron, 2. 18 a gallon. The price of paradise i guess.
