quickshift-
If your truck is stock, or close to there, that is about right for peak boost and EGT. One thing that will help you (an others with the 1351 CPL) is a smaller exhaust housing. Personally, I'd go with a 16 or 18cm. THe 12 on 3 trucks I put them on has increased spoolup, but also dropped a MPG or two. Have no experience with a 14, so cant tell you about them. A 4" system might help out a little, but I wouldnt look for any miracles. You might see 18-20 psi, but no more, all else being equal. Part of my gauge pegging is the 12, and a lack of intercooler to fill up, but I'm sure I'd see 35psi, even with an 18.
Now, after you get the smaller housing, bump your timing (either use the 1/8" advance, or time it to about 1. 5-1. 6mm, depending on altitude), then turn your AFC tapered cone to a "richer" setting, set the starwheel to about 3-6 turns up from the bottom. If you're still not happy, turn the power screw in. You will not put the extra pressure on the pump until you use the extra power. You may need to drop your idle a little after turning the FP screw, depending on how much yuo turn it in.
Happy BOMBing.
