For my 'kit' I took a 14x25mm, 1. 5 pitch metric bolt and replaced the stock banjo bolt. I used two white nylon oil drain plug washers between the bolt head and top of banjo fitting. Torqued to 22ft/lbs. Took a WOT run up and down the highway, no leaks yet. The valve is located on the top of the rail, behing the fuel pressure sending unit.

We have started doing some new things. First we have Dual feed line kits that feeds the rail with two pipes instead of one. This helps a lot if you have a Modified CP3. It in and of it's self caps the rail. We also have a cap kit that comes with the fittings that you would need for a Dual feed line. If you want a Dual feed line in the future and you already have the fittings from us, we would reduce the Dual feed line price as you would already have the right fitting. Thanks

Leaking valve

I've had my relief valve replaced once under warranty after 6 trys for excessive smoke. Today I checked my valve since I felt my truck with the Juice seemed a little sluggish and low and behold it's pouring out of the valve under idle conditions. Will this bolt that 03 police hold with a totally shot valve. These relief valves seem suspet to me because I've got a timing, duration box that will lower the pressure in the rail and it failed again!
