Well this afternoon I got around to puting on the 16cm housing. All of the bolts have come off with minimal effort except ONE! It is the top rear bolt that holds the housing to the exhaust manifold. The only wrench I can get on it is an open end box wrench because of minimal clearance. I have been soaking it all day with liquid wrench and itermittently trying to remove it - 15mm wrench, hammered on 9/16 wrench, vice grips, etc.
You probably have an ide of what this nut is starting to look like!
At this point I plan to soak it over night, heat it with the propane torch and try to remove it with a small pipe wrench - with good placement they can work wonders - and since the nut is already half way hashed, why not?!
Anybody have any other ideas before I get
and break out the sawzall
