How do I change my username?

I would like to change my username, how do I go about doing this?

Username changes are handled manually. Email rpatton@ix.netcom.com with your requested change. Send your existing username as well as what you wish to change it to.

i also would like to change my username. but for some reason when i try to send the mail message to that link it says it "failed" something about a pop3. i dunno. is there another email or something i can try?

That's something on your PC. You probably use a web based email provider that doesn't allow linking to email addresses. If you just go to your email and start a new message and send it to rpatton@ix.netcom.com you'll get through.
