Ok , found the filter door , how do I open it , don't want to break it in the process .

Don't worry, its easy: just grab the tabs and pull easy. I have one in my 2014 Jeep, wife's 2019 Ram 1500, and my 2017 Ram 5500. On my 5500, I added Geno's intake filter. Had them on 2002, 2003, 2009, and now my 2017.

Cheers, Ron

I just checked my 2016 Longhorn because I didn't think it had a cabin filter. It does have the filter door for a filter but no filter. I've had the truck since new so either they never put a filter in or it was taken out and not replaced at the dealer.
Live and learn.
Keep grinnin,

I ordered the one that gsbockman mentioned earlier in the thread . Side by side with the stock one the new one is quite a bit heavier by probably 3 times , must be the extra stuff they treat it with . I will be replacing it every year going forward .

Just LQQK at all that pleasant stuff you'd have been breathing in if your vehicle had not been equipped with a cabin filter.
