How Long?????

I feel like time is dragging along. I just found out that my truck reached its final rail destination. Now all I'm waiting for is the truck to be delivered to the dealership by truck. My green machine will be coming from Louisiana and be headed to Fairfield,TX. Anybody know about how long it usually takes for them to unload the trucks and send them on their way? Besides being overy anxious, I have to take off from work, and need to have a time table of some sort. Any advice would be appreciated #ad

For me that trip would be a snap... for you, (waiting on a new toy), it's gonna take forever! But, it will be that much nicer when you climb in and smell it!

For what it is worth to you, my new truck has been sitting in Council Bluffs, Iowa since Monday morning. It came in via a Union Pacific train Sunday morning, was unloaded Monday and has been sitting there ever since. I managed to find where UP unloads vehicles and my driving around the facility, found what I think is the soon to me mine truck. So close but yet so far!

Must admit that it has been a bit brutal doing that, but it is still an amusing thing to do of sorts. Wife thinks I'm nuts, but that is to be expected. Called the dealer today, and he still doesn't have it, so I might have to go take another look tomorrow just for some more torture. Life could be worse I guess. Just have to keep driving my 1500 gasser till I get the new one.
