I have had 3 dodge diesels :
1995 3500 4x4 I bought it with 425,000 on it - it was on the 2nd clutch, but he wasn't sure of mileage on 1st one.
2000 2500 4x4 - I sold it with 246K on a stock clutch 50% hauling and a fair amount of city driving - this one was bought new and it had 4. 10's. In fact I think the only thing I had to do to that truck in the 246k I drove it was -
brakes @ 125k miles
Fuel sender @ 240k
rear anti-lock sensor @ 180k
and of course front hubs - one @ 34k under warranty and one @ 60k
and you can't forget the great Dodge track bar - replaced with aftermarket joint only
Not much for that many miles
Last but not least 2000 3500 4x4 - it now has 155k, just replaced clutch last week, but two things - we bought it with 55k on it very good price, but had been repo'd wrecked on right front (fender had been repainted and front end parts had been replaced - but it hauls 50% grossing about 25k with 36' horse trailer. But the biggest issue is that it has 3. 55's and we do a fair amount a manuvering getting into tight camping spaces and show areas. I like the 2Low idea, as you loose turning radius going into 4L, which is why I don't most of the time.
