Yes Bob Cochran the dealer replaced my pump under warranty after I paid my deductable. I noted that one my drive into town that my fuel pressure gauge dropped to 0 PSI at 1/2 trottle for a about 1/2 mintute and then for next serveral miles (about 9 miles) the guage was very erratic reading between 2 PSI to 8 PSI. So when I got to the dealer I told them to look and my lift pump and after they check it they replaced it with no questions asked. I like my dealer.

1999 4x4 5 spd, 30,600 Miles

1 Rt Front Axle seal

1 A/C Evaporator

1 Set front Disc Pads

1 Emergency Brake Cable Attachement

1 Transfer Case Shifting Problem

38,000miles in 13 months and still running strong. one lift pump, and a 7mm socket (inside the NV4500) took out the transmission and clutch at 12,000mi.

8 months,,,,, 30,000 miles,,,,,, four TC's and 3 transmission's :D

Now all is well with transmission, thank you DD and DTT :D

1998. 5 has 58,000 miles. I had the following failures:

1. Replace overflow valve fuel return line due to a crack at a bend

at 40,000 miles.

2. All freeze plugs in the head replaced at 51,000 miles.

3. Re-flash of the transmission due to slipping in overdrive at

53,000 miles.

No other problems at this time.

Overall opinion at about 49K:

Still very happy with the green monster

Starts great in the very cold weather

Major issues:

Axle seals front and back

(maybe due to 90% dirt roads)

Fuel level sender unreliable

(never top off tank, never have problem)

Self induced clutch issues... . :D

Lift pump on last legs

(discovered during today's filter change saga)

Trailer hitch recall

Too expensive to have two of them

99MY, 18. 5K miles 90% towing . No engine defects. Never been back to dealer.

99 QC 3. 5 AT. Pyro-boost -fuel press. & transmission temp. Mag hy-tec

diff. & transmission covers. Delo 15-40. Cummins filters.

4th owner at 85k miles. Noted when purchased:

Seal leak on transfer case.

Intercooler hose keeps blowing off (fixed now)

transmission 1-2-1-2 stutter (okay now)

Must have had 3 tire changes, got 3 different brands on it. none of them the Michelins the paperwork said it came with.

Has gooseneck hitch below bed and 10k receiver hitch. someone pulled somethin' fer shore.

93,200 miles today, no trouble since purchase 12/2003.

98000+MILES

98. 5, 3500, 4x4, auto, stock, pull's 40FT. RV.

it's been a good truck

32K miles. No failures except for a preemptive lift pump change (11psi idle, 8 @65, 5 @ WOT).
