212.
Bought it new cash on the barrelhead in San Francisco. Still love the truck. It's about to get a new life. I have started a complete cab swap. A 01 1500 truck I bought in Alabama that is as clean as a new truck is the donor. No rust anywhere. Still driving the original clutch with no issues.

my 99 5 speed has just over 457,000 miles on it now. I think when I voted a couple of years ago it was somewhere around 350,000 mi give or take a few. I've recently purchased another 99'auto with around 250,000. The new one (new to me anyway) needs a new drivers side seat, the springs are shot. lol

221k water pump damper 2 lift pumps rebuild all three bars under front misc little things rebuild starter alt. replace batts. all in all very happy with it even with the work on it. has never stranded me. knock on wood and keep up on maintance items.

98 3500 235,000

Previous owner said trans rebuilt at around 150K, also replaced lift pump at some point
Since I have owned it (4 months)
safety nuetral switch
speed sensor
clock spring x 2 (broken when I bought it, first replacement broke 2 weeks later, 2nd will be replaced after front end rebuild)
lift pump (not out, but the pressure isnt as good as I would like)
front end rebuild (to be done soon, definitely wore out), all bushings, tie rod ends, ball joints, steering box, steering shaft, shocks

12-11 update: cracked block.... last Dorman clock spring didn't work, have new airtex to install, windshield washer sensor and pump replaced.

At 516,000 on my 2001... .

Replaced one NV5600, 2 clutch, 2 VP44, 1 brake booster, 1 brake master cylinder, 1 ABS controller, vacuum pump rebuilt, side cover gasket, 1 radiator, 1 A/C compressor, 1 heater core,1 evaporator core, 1 water pump and too many lift pumps to count. Still runs and drives great, don't think I'd take a new one for it even if they offered and even trade.....

450,000km -- rebuilt front end, ball joints-tie rods-links, replaced in tank lift pump with ppe 160gph- in tank pump was weak, rebuilt trans once by previous owner and rebuilt properly a second time after i bought the truck

unsure about vp44 how many miles are on it.

99 Dodge, NV4500 576,000. Injection pump t 456K, several lift pumps, 1 set of starter contacts, 2 alternators. Biggest problem has been non engine related air conditioning

A couple months ago i purchased an unmolested 1 owner 01 QCLB 4x4 24v with 79,200 miles, she's in the driveway with 81,478 today :) only thing was a new injection and lift pump

2002 2500 4x4 6 spd with exhaust brake - 202,000 miles ... original owner

87,000 miles - VP44 and lift pump (warranty by Dodge - lift pump installed inside fuel tank)
104,000 - rear drive shaft u-joints
144,000 starter solenoid contacts
168,000 - tie rod inner, tie rod outer, track bar
178,000 - battery
184,000 - rear brake calipers (both)

Still running with original brake pads - both front and rear.
