A few places I filled up in Canada when I drove down to Idaho from Alaska, it was right around $4 a gallon US money.

Talk about gouging. Theres only a couple stations in town that sell diesel. Right now, it's $2. 99 and $3. 15 at another. Go 5 miles east on the turnpike and its $2. 59. The ones in town are always way higher than anywhere else.

Travel to northern Kansas today and saw diesel as low as 2. 58 and reg 2. 01.

Go check out www.gaspricewatch.com and you will see some amazing drops... it showed regular gas in there in Mission Texas for $1. 77/gal :--) Why is this happening? Did Bush finally get busted? LOL :-laf

Picked up B99 in PDX today @ 3. 20/gal, and #2 Dino in Vancouver WA at Safeway for 2. 86/gal. It's dropped a lot in the past week - about 10 days ago at Safeway it was 3. 19.

I just returned from a round trip from Colorado to Louisiana. Cheapest I saw was $2. 45 in LA (Loves on I-20 just east of the LA/TX state line). Most expensive was $3. 19 in New Mexico. Amarillo also had it for $2. 45. Needless to say, I avoided the NM pumps!
