Very interesting site... and explanation. With all that bouncing and canceling, no wonder getting rid of the muffler improves things. Now I can picture "low restriction" a little better. LOL

I really liked the new technology they talked about that recorded the exhaust sound then played back the opposite sound to cancel each other out. You could have a totally silent straight pipe.

The magnificent clatter under the hood is louder than the stock exhaust anyway. Anything less would be a Phord.
