Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) HRVP-44 and high idler

I have a high idler,that plugs directly into the TPS(anyone know who made it) ?small blcak plastic box with poteniometer(sp)knob on top with swing pointer decal --min. to max. I used to run this before I chnged to the HRVP,and it worked fine. tried it today and will not work on the HR,any Idea`s thanx

Could it be the one sold by Practical Solutions in Montana but he closed up shop like 4-5 years ago.
