Hustler 3400 front mount mower

Been scouring the net for a belt diagram for this beast, shaft drive to the deck belt, 72" cut.

Evidently, Hustler owners dont have time to chat on the net or the 3400 is too old for anyone to care about.



I can find just about every other make and model. . except this one. Any guesses?

Yea, Ive been all over that site very few seem t o have front mounts this old.

If you can, get a picture of the mower deck from the top showing all the pulleys, and I'll see if I can help you. I couldn't find anything on the 3400 either, but I did find an owners manual on a 3500 or 3700, but unfortunately it did not show a belt routing diagram or a clear view of all the pulleys.

Been fixing seals and such, got a new belt, found a cheezy diagram, confirms the way I ran the belt, but not impressed with the tighter pulley, seems like the belts too long, everything is maxed, and the belts still loose. Try to get pictures today.
