Hvac on laramie dual temp questions

My truck with the dual temp settings will not blow cold air on the the passenger side. I know the the recirulate is broken, but that shouldn't cause this what else am I missing. Going to order the heater treater doors but I know I cant use all of them on the dual temp trucks. Looking for advise before I tear dash out.

Email the tech line before buying heater treater for your truck. If you do it, you will need different parts from the standard single control system.
Also, I agree with Prairie Dog. The way the evaporator is oriented in the a/c box, uneven temperature across it will show up as colder or warmer on one side or the other.
The shadetree fix would be to insert temp gauges into both sides and charge slowly until the temps match.

Heater Treater was not making a kit for the dual zone temperature settings when I fixed mine 9 months ago. They will sell you a single door that will take away the dual functionality. They also told me that the dual doors rarely fail. Between that and a smaller customer base with dual zone heating they had not pursued building those doors.
