2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Hydroboost to master cylinder spacer needed

I'm in need of the spacer plate that goes between the master cylinder and the hydroboost unit. I believe the same plate was used on the '97 to '03 Ram diesels. If anyone has a spare one or knows where I can get one, I'd be grateful if you'd email me. Thanks, Jim
