On US14 by my house is a 6% grade that I ran my empty dodge up to 90 miles an hour on with the stock filter. 1100 degrees EGT is as high as it went. I ran it up it 75mph with my camper on and got 1200 degrees.
I put the Moparguy filter on and repeated each run and got exactly the same EGT's. As far as I could tell it did not run one degree cooler.
However, it seems to cool down quicker, seems smoother, sounds nicer, seems to have more punch and looks like it might be going to help fuel mileage some. Most of this is seat of the pants BS but I will do a 0 to 60 on the umph and will tell at a fill up on the mileage.
Would I do it again? You bet. Thanks Moparguy!!!
