I guess that could be a 44 front with stock 1/2 ton hubcaps? I guess I always forget dodge even made a 1/2 ton from ~90-93 haha.

So... *if* its a half ton, how is the 9. 25 holding up in the rear?

Craig,

You might be interested in this article in the Cummins online newsletter.

"Calling Families With Generations Of Cummins Owners.
Does your family or a family you know have three or more generations of Cummins owners? Would you like to share your family's experiences with Cummins engines with Turbo Diesel News readers? If so, we'd love to hear from you! We are looking for families of Cummins owners over multiple generations who have driven trucks and/or equipment with Cummins engines. "

Wow, 8" short arms huh? Hows the ride on those beasts?

Horrible, haha.

Also, the 4bt used to have a 318 and it has an NV4500. It too, has a dana 44 front and 60 rear.

Thanks a lot for all the earlier compliments guys, means a lot.

An update on my '92. He now has a dana 80 and 3rd gen wheels. Here are some pictures:

Sorry I didn't take better pictures or wash him but on our test run (small drive), I blew the boost tube for the gauge off and thought it was out at the engine. When I went to look at it to fix it I cut my fingers on the fan and it really hurts so I didn't feel like washing her. Hope you guys like him.

Yeah, that's our D41E-6, it's got a cranked up (we sent the pump off) p-pump cummins in it haha. We have to pull the motor, there's a coupler that connects the motor to a drive shaft that has splines and I think it stripped out. The dozer will not move, at all. We're going to wait until spring to tear into her completely.

I was wondering if it was large enough to have a Cummins in it. IIRC, the small dozers run Komatsu diesels and the larger ones use a Cummins. Might the "cranked up p-pump" have anything to do with the stripped spline?:-laf

Y'all have a nice place and I like you array of trucks. :D

Welcome to TDR!

He's almost completely done, I have to install a fuel pressure gauge and a high boost gauge then he'll be completely done.
