With all the talk of bad batteries, gelling fuel and other problems (not sure who will provide the 1st gen spiritual guidance now :{ ), I just had to post a non tech subject as a warm fuzzy. Oo.
After my Honda died for the second time in two months making me catch a ride home I thought of how nice it was to know I could get home, and my 93 would be ready to take up the slack.
In fact I picked my car off the side of the road on the way into work this morning with the old girl, and when I got to the guard shack one of the guys asked about the car and offered to buy it as is on the trailer. Needless to say I will be dropping it at his place tomorrow, and driving the truck daily again.
I also get asked about my 66 Jeep when I drive my truck (guards remember me in it) but no one ever cares to remember the Honda driver has an old Jeep.
Sorry about the interuption, back to your regularly schedualed forum.
BTW I love my truck
