All depends on what you want to pay. I did a search on google and found several offerings on a replacement. Stock interiors offers an abs replacement instead of the pressed cardboard which might be a better choice but, it's pricey though.
Find a decent upholstery guy. Had mine done on my old '95 2500 for $99. A perfect match and they roll the edges over the backer to keep the sun from wearing the edges. Apparently, that takes a toll on the material and glue. The whole process took less than 1hr. I'm not big on letting the others work on my vehicle, but that was too easy.
I 'll third it some body shops do headliners or you can look in the phone book. I have had two headliner replaced by the same place (71 Dodge Charger in in 79 and my 82 Regal in 92) both cost me 100 bucks and took an hour( There must be something about blue cars) .
