Once you had the jigs made up, it looks like they would be fairly simple to build, but then I've never built a set of headers.

Has anyone 'flowbenched' their header/manifold creations and compared them to OEM, OEM extrude honed, ATS, ATS extrude honed, homegrown hilljack weld-ell manifolds, etc. ?



I'm curious if anyone has any hard #'s to quantify the gains before they strap her down to a chassis/engine dyno... .

been thinking about it... but i've been knockin my brain out to come up with a cost effective way. Theres alot of time in it... but just like anything. . the 1st is always the hardest and time consuming. JB

I would love to know how you guys polish all of this stuff. I mean the process you have to go through and everything. I've seen people with polished valve covers, turbos, everything in between. I would love to look into doing some of this stuff if I knew what to do. What all is involved?

Stopped by Johns shop today and i must say the Pic's don't do his parts justice! they look AWESOME!! i cringe at the amount of time he has put into them just in grinding Kepp up the great work john! can't wait to see whats next.
