thanks guys for all the praise... .

John. . you lit the fire to get me to do this!!!!!

Scott... . stop by the shop... I have a few things I want to go over with you. Let me know so I can bring the stuff back to the shop.

01smokin... its for a 24V:D

Jason... we met at BD dyno dayz a few years back... I was Rob Hanson tag-along when I think he bought a fuel door cover from you.

Hey Jason I'll do my best to talk JB into letting you try that out on your truck IF you send me that tailgate of yours  :D . Yeah right, well it was worth a shot. If either one of you guys arent happy with your respective designs I am always willing to take the "scraps" :D

JB, we're just making conversation here, but have you considered fabing up a few sets of headers for the rest of us?

Once you had the jigs made up, it looks like they would be fairly simple to build, but then I've never built a set of headers.

Looks great, Ronnie

Has anyone 'flowbenched' their header/manifold creations and compared them to OEM, OEM extrude honed, ATS, ATS extrude honed, homegrown hilljack weld-ell manifolds, etc. ?

I'm curious if anyone has any hard #'s to quantify the gains before they strap her down to a chassis/engine dyno... .

 Those are beautiful.

I would love to know how you guys polish all of this stuff. I mean the process you have to go through and everything. I've seen people with polished valve covers, turbos, everything in between. I would love to look into doing some of this stuff if I knew what to do. What all is involved?

Polished parts

Stopped by Johns shop today and i must say the Pic's don't do his parts justice! they look AWESOME!! i cringe at the amount of time he has put into them just in grinding:eek:  Kepp up the great work john! can't wait to see whats next.
