It doesn't sound bad if the $30k is the bottom line. What they do is get you in there and add on all the dealer options and prep and proctologist's exam. By then you're back up to a high price as if $30k for a Mexican cheap labor built truck isn't already outrageous. Mine listed for $37k~. I got it for $30,700 plus the $250 hand job. I didn't feel like arguing over it this time. They gave me book value for my trade off of kbb.com. I could have done better but I'm happy with it and they made some profit. (they eat and pay a mortgage too) Car buying is frustrating with all the deceptive tactics the dealers use no matter how good a deal you make.
