IAT and MAP sensors on 2006 5.9?

Was going to check/clean the IAT and couldn't find but one sensor in the intake located on the top toward the rear??? bg

That is it, MAP\IAT are in a single sensor.

No they aren't. IAT is on back of airbox while MAP is about center of the intake manifold.

The Manifold Absoute Pressure and Intake Air Temp sensor is a dual funtion sensor situatuted on the top side of the intake manifold towrads the rear of the engine.

The Barometric Pressure and Air Intake Temp sensor is a dual dunction sensor location on the output port of the air box.

Thanks for the replies. I pulled the sensor this morning and it looked very clean. I was expecting to something that looked like the 99 IAT but it was just a black loop. looked like plastic coated but no build up. By the way, it takes a T-15 torx drive to remove. bg
