Hello

Where can I possibly find a illustration of 1994 12 valve block. I need to know if there is a freeze plug somewhere behind the fan pulley? I fixed the one in the back of block and now I have a leak in the front.

I'm not sure but don't think there is a freeze plug there. More likely to be an early indicator of a failing water pump.

Thanks so much for pic of block. That has to be the one leaking. The water is coming out above and to the right of the water pump. Thanks again.

While I am at it I am going to replace all I can get to. With 413,000 on the clock it's about time

Look real close at the seam between the block and the head right above the water pump and under the T-Stat housing. The head gasket is real prone of failing on the right front corner on the 12 valve motors.

I had this same hunt and seek leak and found that the "O" ring on the water pump had rust crud and deposits on it. I still had the old original "O" ring and swaped it in it place, STOPED THE LEAK. Cold temps brings out the gremlins.
