injection pump ?

I know that i'm new here so bear with me.

My brother just bought his first diesel truck 93 ex-cab 3. 54 gears and 35" tires with like 6"lift he wants a little more power. i said get rid of the 35's, but he won't. all i hear from people in my area is to turn the pump up a little!! ok fine, but know one knows how(funny) so could some one help us out here? thanks

look around these forums, the instructions are here somewhere. But if you're going to turn up the fuel, I'd recommend you at least get a pyrometer, and put the probe pre-turbo.

Yup, EGT and Boost gauges #1. The stickys at the top of the page have most of the info to turn it up.

i know it's been a couple months since i posted this reply,but i would like to thank TDR and it's members. ;-) last night my bro and I turned his truck up 1. 5 turns. UNREAL!!! what a major difference in power!!!!transmission even shifts better. lots of power. thanks again. very easy to do and well worth it!

try that, but don't over do it until you put some gauges in it.
