First I'd like to thank everyone who sent me instructions for the rv275 injector install. It was my first and it took two hours including breaks. After start up there were no leaks. After a short test drive (a blast down the street) it does pull harder. The 40 to 60 hp gain seems about right. Not allot, but just enough. It adds a little boost to move my 30' TT. For $260 it was worth it. I know dd2's add more power, but also add $250 to the cost. Hell I beat a duramax without the rv275s, now its just that much better.

Thanks again all !!!!

Don't laugh too hard. I heard, from a very reliable source, that Bully Dog is working on step 8's. Way beyond what i want for a daily driver, but interesting none the less if it's true.

Well, good for you Scott! Show some restraint! ;)

Scott,

I heard from a very reliable source, that they're allready being made. ( acctuallly, the guy who has those BD 8's) I suppose he coulda' been pullin' my leg tho, however his truck is a rocket, and I have no reason to belive he's fibbin'. :D

275 installation

installed the injectors sunday went well truck feels improved little smoke till turbo catches up will know more this fall when i take 5er to alabama

install time

about 3 hours was takeing my time and had no where to go, da++

brackets on the injector lines took the longest .

i used a 6 point 3/4 " reefer tubeing wrench in stead of the 19mm openend wrench better grip on the injectorlines on the frist 4 injector lines than a 12 point 3/4 reefer tubeing wrench for last two injector lines

I could also use the instructions to install my injectors. I get the 275's from catdiesel and no instructions came with them.

Thanks Jeff

Install my injectors last night. I am not as good as the rest of you it took me 4 hours. Next time it will be quicker (learned a few things). Now I have to change the jumper setting on the box. Putting out way to much smoke. Would not have attempted this a couple of years ago, the TDR rocks and thanks to all of you for the info.
