OK, First post so be nice. On the stock HO injectors is it possible to overwork them and blow a tip off etc? I have an Edge EZ and TST powermax3 that im going to stack. Was hoping i could play with that power before i do bigger injectors.

Only if you run gasoline through them. :D

Welcome to TDR. Seriously, don't think what you are describing should cause you any injector trouble, but if your clutch is stock, be planning on getting a new one soon.

What about race gas, like 110oct+, thats ok right..... HA. Thanks for the reply. That was the only potential problem i saw that i couldnt resolve by the little search button.

You should be fine with the EZ but adding the Power Max & your clutch won't last long. Once you slip it under load it will begin to glaze. I would like to point out that the HO motor comes with the smallest injectors Cummins uses so they respond very well to larger injectors & the power delivery is smoother than with the boxes.

i would agree that injector power is smoother than fueling box power. The one upside to a box (at least a box with on/off capability) is the option to turn off 50-100+ hp when you don't want it (rain/snow, towing heavy, etc).
