Update on this. Wednesday I disconnected both batteries for two hours, after hooking them up the problem was still there. Today, I started the truck still had the same issue until the grid heaters turned off. Once the grid heaters kicked off everything smoothed out, back to normal. I drove the truck a few miles without any issue, no huffing, vibrating or shaking, it ran like it should. Acceleration in every gear was flawless and smooth nothing like it had been doing before even the a/c is normal. I just restarted it after sitting for thirty minutes and it seems normal, while running grid heaters pull it down to 12.5 volts and up to 14.6 when the heaters kick off according to the Edge CTS. I have a local shop I found and will let them look into everything just to be sure everything is in order. Starting to think the truck needed to get over the bad batteries.
