I have the Banks Ram Air in my truck that I got and installed along with my 6 Gun Bundle. I have posted on previous threads not too long ago from others asking the same thing. Basically, if you're just replacing the just stock manifold without replacing the stock air box, you're wasting your money. The air flow through the stock air box can't pull enough air to complement the larger manifold. If you do all of that, you might want to consider a performance waste gate as well to help the turbo take better advantage of all that extra air. However, the biggest performance improvement that I found with mine was really the new air box, waste gate, and exhaust (along with the tuner, of course). The Ram Air helps a little. I'm not disappointed with it, but if I had it to do over again I would have put the money towards a performance lift pump like an Air Dog or a FASS. You get the biggest benefit from the performance intakes if you do heavy towing or hauling and you put in a performance intercooler as well (along with the other stuff I mentioned).
