does using a tractor flapper at the top of a stack choke out a engine?the reason i ask is because my flapper barely opens up maybe an inch or two. i thought as long there was pressure it would be open all the way. thanks
Your fine. Your not going to chocke the motor out. The flap requires more pressure than you would think to open. If the flapper had a heavier counter ballance then it would open easier.
I might be wrong answering for him, but probably to keep water out while parked outside. Though about it myself if I put a stack on my truck, but my wife gives me enough grief about being a hoosier as it is because of my truck, don't want to give her any more ammo. By the way, last time she called me that I told her I wasn't from Indiana! That shut her up. :-laf To all you folks from Indiana, no insult intended, just wanted to make sure my wife had her facts straight
