Internet Window Sticker Problem...

Is anyone able to view window stickers over the internet. I keep getting "unauthorized access" text in the field where the sticker should be.

If you are talking about at a specific dealers site, no I have never had a problem like that. I just went and looked at one. Occasionally a sticker will say not available, but on that particular truck the details were missing from the description-like maybe somebody at the dealer manually added it or something. Do you use a proxy on a corporate network-maybe it's blocking the window sticker? Sorry I'm not much help

Every once in a while, I also receive the "Unauthorzied Access" message. In fact, just the other day, I got it. Then, I tried yesterday and I was able to read them.

Never had that problem. You're referring to the ww. dodge.com inventory searches? I have searched my local dealerships lots and haven't had any problems.

Check your firewall settings if you're running one. If you have "Browser privacy" (Norton Internet Security) or something similar activated, you can't see the window stickers.

KCJackson, You were right on the money . firewall blocked it. I,m happy again !!!
