That's a sweet photo! I noticed on one of stuckeys saturday runs that his wheels left the ground a good 5"+

Palmer was on it period! every run was a great run. Did you see Darron's cylinder head after his first run? Broken along every exhaust port where it meets the manifold. What causes that?

Yep, don't know if we will ever know why for sure, but we have a good idea. :-laf

Too bad they couldn't have made a final round. :D

And how bout ol Jeff. Single Sled Puller 66, diesel only and he runs a 11. 17 @ 127 mph in the Silverline Fatboy. Stop and do the math on that one. Has anyone ever run a 10 second pass on a single and #2 only?

Some cool stuff happening in Pro Street with more to come. Oo.

That 11. 17 on a Sled Puller on #2 is freakin' awesome. On that exact same charger Jeff runs, we have run exactly 1 second off that time(12. 17), but with a 24V, VP 44 truck. We think that was impressive too especially considering this truck has never had the head off, all stock internals besides injectors and studs. We beat up on twin trucks with it all the time, and it should do better when we get the thing to shift right and get some better air. Congrats again to all those Pro Street guys on some awesome times and for pushing the envelope.

That is sweet too. I'm sure your truck is heavy too. Just gotta love this industry right now. :D

can anyone give more info on the single turboed truck pullin the killer times

is it a driver hows it spool

how he doing it? Loose converter?

All those trucks are really sweet. But I think the one truck people are overlooking is Jimmy Smith's truck. I know he doesn't have a lot of passes but when he sheds a little weight and gets it dialed in. Look Out. Those were some sweet runs BTW David, let the fellas know.

They were sweet runs and didn't mean to exclude them. They have a ride and everyone knows Dan can make power, now it's just time for them to work the bugs out. But I was happy to see them with a smile on their face and told them so. :D

Whats the deal with TS performance? The truck is always backfiring on the line. At IRP for their first run it backfired so bad it blew the brand new exhaust stack right off the truck... . our atleast off the mounting bracket and blew the pipes under the bed apart from their joints.

Pretty simple answer. Too much nitrous and not enough fuel. Remember the TS truck is a 24V and is all electronics. The VP44 can only supply so much fuel. Did you happen to catch this run from Sunday at IRP? We ended up 3rd place in pro-street.

Notice spooling at the line the truck has plenty of fuel, but as soon as the nitrous comes on it cleans up because the VP44 cant keep up. This will soon not be a problem.

One has to use copious amounts of nitrous to get a vp44 truck to hang with a p-pump truck and spray. There are also some tuning issues that TS is sorting out, but when they do... . It is gonna be fast.

This is one more reason that the progressive controller is so important, it will eliminate getting to much nitrous to early.
