Hello to all,
Well, I'm finally going to do it and I want to do it right. After due consideration of the Big Three, I've decided to go with Dodge. I'm going to order a new 3500 Quad Cab Laramie 6-Speed SWB SRW with the H Pkg. and a half dozen options. I've priced the vehicle at two dealerships and both are "willing" to sell the vehicle at or near what they call "FWP" or "invoice" price. When I build the truck on Dodge's website, the MSRP is $44,645. The "FWP" price from one dealer is $39,693 (Plus Document fees, and Sales tax) and the other dealer is a few dollars more. These prices do not reflect a $1. 000 mfg. rebate nor do they reflect a $1,000 rebate if I choose to finance it through Dodge. I hope I'm not out of line for asking but are these prices fair? I don't mind paying a fair price. I just don't want to be hosed. Any thoughts?
Thanks in advance
-Frank
