noise. The base engine uses the same components as
found in the 2004 Dodge Ram Pick-up Truck powered by
the Cummins Turbo Diesel. The engine includes a new
cylinder head with four valves per cylinder, which allows
the engine to breathe easier for increased acceleration
and torque. "
I don't think they are saying that the marine engine has a higher flowing head then our trucks. Instead they are saying the head flows better than the 12 valve 6BTA5. 9.
