ISBe with Bosch rail injection in Europe!

Diesel Progress magazine has an article about the ISBe (e for europe) that was just introduced in Europe. I forgot to bring in the article so I can't provide all the details, but it has a new Bosch rail injection system. They introduced the ISBe (3. 9 and 5. 9) and the ISCe. The article stated that the engine was designed and available in Europe.

The engine has a Bosch common rail fuel system and the Cummins' Interact full authority electronic engine management system.

States that the fluid lines are incorporated into the stabilized block structure. The 5. 9 has an oil capacity of 20. 61 quarts. Engine ratings are 185, 220, 250, and 275 hp at 2500 rpm with torques of 516, 605, 7011 ft. lb. at 1200 to 1600 rpm.

The engines are Euro 3 compliant without EGR or exhaust aftertreatment.

I have been looking in vain for this info on the web, but no luck.
Was that 20 quarts?!
