Just installed my EZ Box. This thing is appropriately named. What wasn't easy was getting both arms into that tight space to plug the wires in. Took it out for a test spin and have to say that I am very happy with the initial results. The turbo spool up is much more pronounced. Max boost was 26 where before I saw a spike of 20 once, but normally 18-19 was the highest. No smoke that I could see and EGT's seemed about the same. I'm going to do some 40-60 times here in just a few minutes #ad

. I'll post results later. Can't wait to tow and see if/what the mileage improvements are.

Welcome #ad
!! Hope you've got great traction on your shoes because you are now on the slippery slope! Your EZ box was like the free samples that drug dealers give out! Just remember - things start to get expensive around the 300hp mark!

John,

Welcome to the Dark Side #ad
My EZ is on step 3, which I believe is the standard from the factory. I can smoke like the dickens if I shift to 3rd, 4th or 5th a little "early. " I've found that I really have to be careful on wet streets in 3rd gear, even when I'm not getting into the throttle. Hope you enjoy it! I know I love mine...

Did two 40-60 runs last night. My best times previously were low to mid 6's. This time the first run was 5. 59 secs. Second run was 5. 71 secs. #ad
. When I can find a clean road (no traffic or cops #ad
) I want to do a 0-60 run. Who says kids have all the fun #ad
Does anyone have comparison times in a configuration similar to mine? I also noticed that the elbow has a tapered barb edge. To get the clamp tight really caused a compression of the hose around the barb. Could this present a loss of boost problem as the hose gets older?

John, Now you need to add some 275's or DD1s and you will have the Torque of the EZ down low and the HP of the injectors up high. Very Sweeeeeet!!

Congrats on the first power mod, like Steve said, it's only the beginning... #ad
