I was very happy with my 1/2 hour conversation with Jerry. Ordered On Tues. the 1st, arrived on Thursday the 10th. He was straight up as to what I needed to do after the install. This install was the easiest ever #ad
. Total time under 2 hours to remove and reinstall. Fits like a glove. What a high quality tip, 4"to5" stainless w/rolled end. Absolutely no drone. The system has a deeper tone than stock and it is quieter in the cab.
Hey BiG BOB, I owe a special thanks to you. I listened to your positive input on the exhaust and you were right on #ad

H. O. Ram,

Fantastic! I'm glad everything went well with your Jardine. I just love the listen to the Jardine when the turbo spools up! It make it very hard for me to keep my foot out of it.

You might want to consider some injectors ( II's or III's) and an EZ in the near future! HeeHaw!! BOMB on!

H. O. Ram,
What was it that Jerry said to you to do after the install? I am hoping to receive my Jardine exhaust this week so I can install it this Saturday. Can I assume that all the hangers fit correctly with your job? No problems removing the bolts at the turbo flang?

Just got mine today. I think there is more metal in that system than in my Jeep's roll cage. I'll probably install it this weekend, but I laid it out next to the truck last night and it looks like it fits perfect. Jerry was able to accommodate my truck's 8" longer than normal length, and it looks like he got it right. The only downside is the tip is missing, but Jerry's figuring out what happened. For those of you who did get the 5" tip, did it come in the same box? And what's it look like (anyone have a picture)? Turndown or straight? I doubt I'll have it before I install the rest of the system, and don't know how I want to angle the pipe in the back since I don't know what the tip looks like. Thanks. .

Hi David, my tip was shipped in a seperate box. The tip is very nice, angle cut with rolled end. You will have an adjustment as to how far the tip will stick out.

Installed mine last night (got impatient). Took me about 3-3. 5 hours all together, a little more work on my truck because I had to monkey with some of the hangers to deal with my odd wheelbase. I had Jerry include an extra 8" of pipe. . I could of used 2" more I guess. Sounds nice though, except for the "pffffft" sound from the tailpipe. I hear that'll either go away after 100 miles or when I get the tip on. The truck is a whole different animal. The engine was stock other than a K&N in the stock airbox, and with the new exhaust the boost comes on like a rocket. I saw 22psi last night briefly, probably because of the delay in the wastegate actuating. The sound is real nice too. All in all a great purchase. Just need the tip to show up now. .
