OK, I've just about had it with the front end of this truck. It may be time to get a GM??? I'm beginning to wonder just how much money it can suck out of my pocket. Ball joints every couple years (or more often), steering box replacement (2 now). Control arm bushings, alignments everytime I hit a friggin' pothole and now after having the truck inspected (state) my mechanic calls to tell me I need 2 lower ball joints and a left front coil spring -it's broke! Could Dodge have designed a bigger POS for a front end then what I have?

Sorry for the rant! Has anyone expierenced a broken coil spring on their 2wd. I don't abuse this truck and don't often jump it. I just can't understand how a front coil spring could break. I guess it happens but... ..... any input would be helpful. #@$%!

That many issues with a 2wd front end? Wow. I thought I had 4x4s had it bad, thats too bad, but maybe the broken spring has caused wear on the other parts that you have had to replace?
