Well fellers, looks like I am joining the ranks of the CR guy's. I just finalized a deal on the truck below through Ebay no less, who knew Texas was the place to get good deals on truck, I didn't. I got it for $32,380. 00 which I though was pretty good on top of that approx $850 to deliver to CA. Still beats the $40-41K there asking around here for 2006.



Not familiar with these new trucks, I will be doing the usal when time and money permits, intake, exhaust, gauges. Who has the best intake for these puppies is AFE still a player?

I made some local older guy (yes older then me :-laf ) a great deal on my Chevy.

You shouldn't, I will be the first to admit I am a fabrication type guy I have no education or exsperince other then very slight with the actull diesl motors in these trucks. What know has been from the internet and reading, no real teardown and building exsperience. BBD was built by me (four link, air bags, electric fans, electric water pumps, kill swithes, Corsa install etc... . ) other then swaping injectors, and bumping timing the motor was left to the exsperts.

Beautiful new truck Scott, kinda wished I got a dually but I wanted the MegaCab and the dually fenders on those trucks are hideous looking to me. Welcome to the CR club!

Definately go with the AFE Stg. 2, that was my first upgrade as soon as I got the truck back home. Good luck with this one and maybe one day we'll see it out on the sledding track... ...

Sweet looking truck. Did you get it from a dealer new off of ebay, or is it a used truck.



That price is awesome. I payed that for my truck 2. 5 years ago with the Freightliner friends and family price.



Pricing like that makes me want to go and buy a new one.
