Jordan Brake Controller- Need Instructions

Well I've finally got a half weekend free and I can't find the instructions that came with my Jordan Ultima 2020 controller. I took them out to read it when I got it, and swore they got put back in the box. But with the kids running around, If I left it out, it became scratch paper. I'd really like to get it in today or tomorrow, if anyone has the ability to get them to me by fax or e-mail, I'd be forever grateful. I'm working 12 hours a day now and don't have much weekday time.
