I had the stack with my comp & it worked fine with superchips on the low setting. I had a problem with my superchips & sent it in for a checkup. They sent me it back with version 1. 10 instead of version 1. 0 & that didn't stack well at all with my comp. I wouldn't try it again because it does make the engine really loud [tapping]. I'd save my pennies & get a smarty!

whats a smarty? im not famililar with them

Do a search on smarty in search forums & you'll get familiar real quick. It is the best tuner on the market & once you try one... you'll know why. You can run it with the comp or without... . some softwares add timing & others don't. It was designed for stacking with comp or tst boxes which add timing. You can check it out at www.madselectronics.com & just trust me... get one!

what chip or chips will stack good with the hot juice?

Smarty is the only one that is recommended, but I've seen guys that ran Tst for fuel & comp/juice for timing. They lost numbers on the dyno though.

Tried stacking a superchips on my comp and lost power. motor diddnt sound like it liked it also, I think too much timing.

what kind of gains will i see with the smarty on the juice?

pros,cons?

The thing about smarty is it makes driving the truck more fun... . it doesn't give you a "jerky" feeling when the turbo lights. The main thing with smarty is you get the power down low in the rpm range & as you know... . this is where the ctd lacks power. When you stack it with the juice... . it will feel like smooth power right from idle. Most guys who've dynoed the setup have said that it doesn't raise your horsepower much, but you can see how smooth the power comes on. You gotta try it to understand..... smarty is by far the best mod I've done so far.
