Thanks, TDR Staff

RMTDR July 25 welcome for out-of-town TDR members @ Cummins?

Oh I suppose I hit about 5 pulls in the summer. I only care for the ntpa ones. They are much more organized and keep things moving. Also see a variety power there also.

The sled is another factor. I don't care much for the scrap iron express from Marshall. He carries to much weight no matter whos pullin. I saw that sled down in jordan a few years back. I've never seen so many truck break at a pull before. Even had a couple semi's break too.

The ntpa uses ironman sleds. Only carry enough weight to stop the class of vehicles that are pullin. Also the pullers are flying down the track. At least till they hit the 250 foot mark.

I don't pull. Maybe some day. But I have a silver 95. I was parked near the entrance in front of some trees at Bernies. Almost got blocked in.

Buddy at work knows Gus pretty good. He's has been telling all winter long about this dodge hes got. I think if Gus were a Dodge man. He would be doing better. If he knows what he's doing. He should be able to get the bugs out. At least it a nice looking truck.

I plan on being at the dyno day. Then from there I'm going to the pulls over in New Germany.

does anyone know if there is a street pickup class in new germany and if so what is the weight class? if so... . I'M IN! josh you gonna come too?

andy-6200 the 9th-8200 the 10th. stock trucks. jeff-I've pulled scrap iron and NTPA type skids for many years. scrap iron type load you progressivly while ntpa type dump it on you all at once. its the track that breaks things. its the chance you take each time you hook up. --Randall pull went good yesterday for some, got my butt whipped good with the dodge 5th or 6th i aint sure. Took a 2nd and a 3rd with my old ford rockkrusher.

Jeff one more thing, Guss is doing very good if you consider he is running 359 c. i. in a class with gas engines with up to 540 c. i. in mod class and 660 c. i. in open class

With that being said... 8200lb. Who wants to go pullin? come on guys head out right from tims and go pullin... ... . i know josh is in, who else???

are newbie's invited, would be interested in meeting some folks, and possibly get some advice. If so count be in, but no dyno run,

will make me laugh at the stock numbers.

Don't be afraid of stock numbers. I'm pretty much stock and I'm going to give 'em a spin. Just call it a "baseline" for future BOMBs. ;)

I might make it up. Anyone have a clue if this dyno is comparable to the Mustang at K&S in Wausau?

Anybody got a head count yet?

It would be great to have ya come up! Aron would be the best to ask about how compairable it is. He is the one pulling it up from down that direction. I'm not sure where it's "home" is. Head Count... . not yet. Tonite I'm going to try and sit down between all the sites and get an official/unofficial count. I think it'll be a good turn out.

Josh

Right now I'm counting approx 15 dyno runs... . possibly more... you know how it goes... . people don't always post... Norm never posts... .

I think his computer would have better performance if he touched the keys not just the mouse! :D

Josh

It's exactly the same unit as at K&S. MD 250 dyno. Only this one is portable.

All who burn diesel are welcome. Tim and I are even gonna give his quad a run for a baseline. Just to see what it will do. :D

Anyone who has any specific questions, please feel free to give me a call.

Yeah Josh, if you can get some idea of a head-count, that would help out immensely.

I'm trying Aron. I can't guarintee anything... . I think people in the area that are TDR members, but not onliners are getting something in the mail from the TDR. This could get interesting!

Josh

This is the first that I've heard of A mailing contact to local TDR people ... I hope I'm on the list. . Or is that just A 612'er twin cities thing??
