I was recently at a livestock show in waco and decided to put my truck on the dyno. I called up my brother, who lives there and off we went to a place called nitro daves. dave installs NOS and NX on all types of vechicles. dave already hade a dyno day going on and said he could fit me in. after All the ricers, mainly volkswagon golf GTI's. They strapped my truck down and then i took off the air intake and ran open turbo. this dyno stall is 30' x40'. needless to say when the turbo spooled up the ricers werent inside. my best run was 211 horsepower and 487 ft lbs of tourqe. its power supprised me as well as half the ricers with there hands on there ears. If i remeber correctly the ricers best run was 189 horsepower and 160 ft lbs of tourqe. hum? i asked all of the ricers to race, but none of tooke my offer. strange really. thats all the info, just thought i let all of you know how the 93 dually was doing.

Don't get TOO carried away - those ricers have less dyno power - but many have 4-wheel drive and weigh about 1/4 what our trucks do! ;)

The power to weight kills me on the streets, but with smooth shifting that monster tourqe kills' em off the line. The pseudo-blowoff valve sound scares them too.

Yep time for POD'S and more fuel, more air (turbo), and get some big numbers, what you got there, is bout the same as my 89 did with a virgin pump, can't wait til Scheids event in August to put it on the dyno to see what my mods have done...
