Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) KDP Drill Jig

Hi Everyone,

I received an e mail from John Strenkowski explainining that as a TDR member I can borrow one of the KDP drill jigs available by sending a PM to the "jigkeeper" for my area and agreeing to pay to ship it to the next person who needs it. I live in Colorado.

Look at the FAQ's in the 12v forum (at the top) I pasted Marv's name from the Todd T posts. .



Many shops also have jigs and perform the repair, if its not something you are comfortable with as a DIY (not dis'ing your skill level either way).

PM Marv. He is a wonderful guy. I believe the Jig is in Utah right now. Marv will be very helpful.

BTW, the jig job is fairly easy. Just make sure and tighten the 6 bolts that hold the water pump pulley on. Its not good when that pulley falls off! :{
