Key Fob+Engine codes aplenty, 2014 3500

Alright so a couple months ago, my 2014 Ram 3500 mega cab, the battery on my key fod stated to go and sent the truck into some kind of safety mode, Dash turned yellow went through a bunch of warnings across the display, solved the problem by turning the truck off and back on again. Ever since then I have had several different codes pulled, from injectors 1-3 and 6 misfiring or bad to 4 different turbo charger codes. My question is, Could it be the computer is off because of going into safety mode? Or do I have a 40,000 dollar lawn ornament?
Any and all advice will be helpful because I don't have near the money to fix 6 injectors or a turbo right now.
Also should put the truck runs just fine, It doesn't feel like I have bad injectors or a bad turbo. It gets up and goes idles fine and no rough running.

Not much to go on here........miles? Power adders? All stock? Key fob doesn't put your truck into limp mode.

106,000 miles, all stock I don't have any upgrades on it, also I haven't deleted anything either. All I can say is that's whats happened, I replaced the key fob battery and the truck runs fine I just have about 11 cel codes. Dealing with the injectors and turbo. I had my local shop reset the computer so tomorrow I go back in and see what codes came back on... Its just really frustrating that a newer truck has this many problems.

When you truck throws codes like the OP describe, WITECH is required to reset and calibrate, Just clearing the codes may work for a time but its likely they will return.

Just having WITECH is a solve all, it requires someone that know the work a round's.

106,000 miles, Its just really frustrating that a newer truck has this many problems.

I had a brand new Ford that ate three turbos and 2 engines in 10k miles, that's "newer".

Your truck probably has a chafed wire somewhere or possibly a shorted fan clutch (not sure on this one but they were notorious for causing a slew of electrical gremlins when they short).
