Nope. Since Mom died, Dad and I are near death because neither of us cooks, the house is a complete pig sty because we aren't housekeepers, our vehicles are falling apart because we can't maintain them, the lawn is 7' high because we can't run the lawnmower, our clothes are falling apart because we can't mend them, nor can we shop for replacements, the county is constantly after us because we don't handle our tax bills, the bank is always on our cases because our accounts are always overdrawn, and even the local social service types have stopped coming by because they can't abide the fetid stench in the house any longer.

Nope, I guess men are totally and completely incapable of fending for ourselves.

Oh yea , lets see now there is three females that do most of the female posting here on the TDR latly and Rumpere has done Teed - Off two of them . And yall wonder why there's not more female members . Hey 3atatime , ladyjaine - y'all should just call old Rumpere on his cell phone and just give him a piece of yawls mine (run that cell phone bill up ). Not hard to find that number in the profile .

before my wife and I got married we were both living on our own, cookin, cleanin' and all that household stuff including ironing. we also partied hard, drove fast and enjoyed ourselves.



since we have been married almost 28 years it must be a good relationship and there is nothing that has been "her" job (except birthing and breast feeding the brats) or "his" job. if it needs doin' it gets done and as we tell everyone, we don't NEED each other, we WANT each other.

I've been in Vegas this past weekend so I haven't been on the computer, but now I can thank you Wayno. If you guys want to see more *** and *** (and I know ya'll do), I suggest ya'll at least ACT nice because I know I'm goin' to Muncie.

lizzyhermit, that is just how it should be. I want to eventually marry a LADY, but by golly, a REAL WOMAN would be fun while I'm still young and can keep ahead of her.



BTW 3: I do all the "women's" work- cooking, cleaning, laundry (which is really a specialized extension of cleaning), windows, mow the grass when the horse cant keep up, wash dishes, etc, etc, and do it as well as, if not better than a woman my age. Gotta throw that in; just cant compete with the previous generation's upbringing of the woman learning how to cook and clean before walking.



I'd rather have a woman help me out in the field, on the pickup, that can drive a truck and trailer, (heck, some guys I know would settle for one that can drive, period), doing other "guy" stuff, than have a perfectly kept home, and dinner ready at 6 every evening. I'm hardly ever there, why not put the effort into something more worthwhile?

PS- 3atatime- you didnt happen to be at the NFR, did you? I caught rounds 8 & 9 on TV. Bulls were a lot rougher than when I was in it. Not sure I could make a living at it now.
