My wife and I were hauling our horse trailer home and heard a significant rattling noise. Thankfully we weren't far from home so I checked underneath the truck when we got home and there was a small leak on the torque converter access cover. I checked the transmission fluid level, which was low and saw some smoke or fumes coming out of the dipstick tube. The leak slowed and when I added 1 quart of ATF4 the leak began to drip again. The fluid is orangish in color and is all over the underside of the truck. Any ideas? Thank you.
