"Leather" Seats?

Can anyone tell me what parts of the seats are made out of leather? Specifically a '00 Quadcab SLT+ .

How much of the front seats?

How much of the center console?

Any on the arm rests in the doors?

On my 2001, the face of the front seats(seat & back rest)is the only leather besides the steering wheel. The entire front middle section and rear seat is vinyl. On my 97, the front center was leather except for the lid. The rear seats had 2 sections of leather about 10" wide on each side-the rest vinyl. None of the doors is leather. If unsure, make an impression with a finger nail in the vinyl/leather. If it is vinyl, the impression will disappear immediately; the impression will slowly( over several minutes) disappear from the leather.

I think the leather option is very spendy for what you get. I'm not saying more surface area should be leather, but the option at loss less expensive, because it's predominately vinyl. I know that (at least through 2000) the rear seat is all vinyl on the Quad Cabs. I liked the leather fairly well on my '98 because it was easy to clean, but I think the cloth seats are more comfortable and the interior noise level is considerably lower.

Mine is an 01- SLT with leather option (Agate)- The SLT+ has slightly different seats and I don't know about the armrests and console.

On my truck
Front seats have leather on top only of bottom cushion and front only of seatback.

Console has no leather

Back seat has no leather

armrests have no leather

You do get fake wood inserts on doors and dash bezel which I didn't really want but like better than I expected (I'm not a wood guy)

I wasn't real hip on the wood inserts, but my dealer offered leather as an option installed after delivery for about half the price. The nice feature is that *everything* will be covered with leather, even the back of the seats.
